Mans spiritual approach to battle fear, anxiety and depression.

Fear, what is it, more importantly where did it come from.  This can be a response from all of the beliefs that we’ve experienced throughout our childhood and adulthood.  We’ve all been led to following a blueprint that wasn’t even created by us.  Its time to set yourself free from these imprints that no longer serves us.

When we experience fear and not being able to deal with correctly in the first instance, it can lead us onto feelings of anxiousness.  The thing is here, should we be looking at fear in a negative light?  Should we be looking at having these anxious thoughts, as holding us back?

Most of us all have a tendency of looking at life with not letting others down, not disappointing others, or having a fear of people saying something badly about us.  This at times can feel extremely dauting and especially when we keep going down the same route of the fear or anxious thoughts, we can then start to feel depressed about it.  The fear and the anxiety can come with feelings, these feelings what some tend to do is push these feelings down without expressing it to others.  We can go through the cycle time and time again, sometimes to the point that we can feel so depressed that we start to unfortunately feel suicidal.

So how can we avoid going down this route in the first place?  What can we action to make a change?

Accept and forgive

The first is being able to accept the situation for how it is and be able to forgive yourself and forgive anyone else that’s been involved in your situation.  Please remember, you have done nothing wrong.  Please remember that you are a spirit living a human experience, it’s not love all the time, being human does have its challenges, remember though that you have done nothing wrong.

Be grateful

Become grateful for everything you have around you.  Not only taught in spiritualism, also taught by most life coaches and therapists, is to become grateful for everything that you have.  This starts sending the correct signals to your brain of the happy endorphins, but it also sends out a clear message to the universe, please give me more of this, that I’m being grateful for.

Connect better with yourself

Connect better with yourself, yes, this is by meditation or breathing exercises to be able to centre yourself in the environment that you are in.  Breathing helps by regulating the autonomic nervous system, the sympathetic (fight and flight) and the parasympathetic (calmness).  With regular breath work practises we can train the nervous systems how to respond accordingly, instead of an outburst of anger and rage, we can utilise the anger constructively as we are able to regulate this through out breath, to stay calm and focused.  Likewise, we can utilise this technique when feeling fearful or anxious.

You have four bodies to look after, the spiritual, physical, emotional and mental.

Spiritual, the connection with your purpose and higher self.

Mental, the beliefs and thoughts and patterns of behaviour.

Emotional, your moods, desires and emotions of love, grief anger and joy.

Physical, what we are in the flesh and bones, looking after yourself with nutrition, exercise.

Learn to become your own master and know exactly what each part of you needs.  Looking after all parts of you, life becomes easier and more peaceful.

Be kind to yourself

I can’t stress this one enough, if you think other people are judging you? What may you be doing to yourself, perhaps judging yourself?  Or are you feeling that people aren’t loving you for who you are? Or are you thinking that people will think that you aren’t good enough?  Well please stop this, we are all unique we all have our own talents.  Please be kind to you, start loving yourself for who you are.  You have come so far in life and look at all the amazing achievements you have made in life.  You are amazing.  The more you can focus the love on you, the universe it will bring you more love, it will bring in the right people into your life, the right situations as things naturally will be drawn to you.

Increase your vibration

Dance, listen to music, play, exercise have fun, get out in nature.  The more we do these things in life the more our own vibration rises.  It’s said that when we raise our vibration others can feel it.

Knowing everything is spirit

Living spiritually, this isn’t about religion but is the way we live a life being in connection with yourself and others.

Remember everything we see, touch, is a form of spirit with what ever way we look at it.  Everything around us is within you too.  Have the comfort knowing that you aren’t the only one going on this journey that there are lots of others that is experiencing the same.

In future have clear goals

When moving forward in life, set yourself a clear goal a vision that you want to follow.  Remember that the goal of life is to serve to others.  Don’t let anything stop you.  The emotions that you may feel on your journey is from the motion of moving forward in your life.

If we experience fear, try to push past this fear, remember it’s the past conditions that has held us back not you, and you can push forward.  Have the belief in yourself remember spirit and the universe has your back to support you, call them in to help take the fear away and go for it.

Next time if you are feeling stressed, don’t look at that in a negative way, look at in a positive exciting way, that you are moving on and upwards to your next adventure and your next goal that you want to achieve.

Time to change

Some can be in a position that they find it hard to change, we can fear it due to the unknown and say to ourselves, I can’t do it.  You can change and that time is NOW.

Some can find this a challenge, there is lots of help and support out there for you, never give up, you are amazing and doing so well.

Much love Simon xx
