As July brings us to the middle of the year, it’s the perfect time to ignite your leadership potential, increase your visibility, and claim the recognition you deserve.   

As we move into July, that halfway mark in the year, many people start to reflect on where they’re heading. The summer gives us space to pause. And with September always carrying that back-to-school energy, it’s no surprise that this time of year can stir up thoughts about change.

There comes a moment in every soul’s journey when the seeker stops waiting for the stars to align and begins to remember they are made of stardust. That moment is July. It is not a quiet month—it arrives blazing, carried on the breath of high summer, with the solar fire at its zenith and the earth swelling with life.

Life isn't always as simplistic as that is it, sometimes it's more of a slow climb than a whooshing rise but with hope new beginnings can be achievable and very powerful. 

You don’t need a title to lead. You simply need the courage to live with purpose, the honesty to grow from your setbacks, and the heart to walk your path with integrity.

A very slight change in how you think, feel or behave will have been inspired by this person. A seed may even have been planted within you from that quiet inspiration. The seed that may grow and change your whole being in life. I don't know what name you can give this form of leadership, but I do know it does not require any of the business school definitions. In turn, the person who has quietly changed will impact others and so the ripples spread out.

Crystals are living, breathing allies in this world, not just “tools” but ancient intelligences with their own stories, medicine and even personalities. The more I work with them, the more they reveal. Not just about themselves, but about me. About the person in front of me. About the subtle, sacred energy unfolding in each session. Some of them arrive and only stay for a while. Others have never left my side, but I honour them all.

How can a leader, lead if they aren’t honest with others. Okay not everything needs to be told with the direction that you vision, but be honest, I can’t stress this enough. By being honest with others will mean that if anything does go wrong, then you can’t be blamed.

Just because something is normal for you, doesn’t mean that it is how it should be.

This is the knowledge I speak of, a deeply personal wisdom that transcends textbooks or external validation. It’s the realization that I hold the reins to my own destiny, that I can succeed at whatever I set my mind to, whether it’s conquering a personal best in the gym, stepping onto a bodybuilding stage with confidence, or overcoming obstacles in other facets of life.

We can only meet people as deeply as we’ve met ourselves, so please know most of what you’ve experienced in the ‘negative’ sense, in truth, has been preparation, not punishment. Because if you’re reading this you ARE a healer and a leader – no coincidences!!

When you stop outsourcing your power and start saying, “I get to decide how this story goes.” That’s what I call being in your Glow-Getting Place. You’re not just dreaming, you’re doing. You’re not just hoping, you’re choosing. True transformation doesn’t just come from visualising your dream life. It comes from leading yourself into it.

Slow down to speed up. The wisdom you seek won’t always shout — sometimes, it whispers in moments of silence, rest, or reflection. This month, honour your energy and let your inner compass guide the way. You’re more connected than you realise.
